Delete your account

Whether you book moves or drive them, you can ask us to permanently delete your Deloe account and the personal data that goes with it.

This applies to both customer accounts (made on the website) and mover accounts (used with the Deloe Driver app). Here’s how it works:

    Submit a request

    Email our support team from the address on your account and ask for your account to be deleted. One line is enough.

  2. 2

    We verify it’s you

    Our team confirms the request really comes from the account owner before anything is removed — usually by replying to the email on file.

  3. 3

    Deleted within 30 days

    Your account and personal data are deleted within 30 days, except records we are legally required to keep (for example, financial records) — and we’ll tell you when that applies.
